Disc grinding is a special surface grinding application that is used to grind bearing faces, piston ring faces, spring ends, valve plates etc.

Disc grinding wheels, also called ‘F’ type wheels are specialized surface grinding abrasive products that are used to grind bearing faces, piston ring faces, spring ends, valve plates, vertical spindle surfaces, connecting rods and taper roller bearings. We also manufacture these nut inserted resin bonded wheels in the popular honeycomb design affording better chip clearance, higher depth of cut per pass and cooler cutting.
